We’re thrilled to unveil a new chapter in our commitment to providing exceptional support and assistance to you—our valued customer. Today, we’re excited to introduce our brand-new Customer Community.

The Newforma Customer Community is an excellent resource for all updates, tips, and product information. It’s also a great spot to start discussions and share knowledge with other like-minded professionals.

What’s new?

In the new experience, you’ll have access to:

  • Separate product communities to easily access information relating to your Newforma solution.
  • New forums to ask questions about relevant topics and receive answers from Newforma experts and fellow users.
  • Better navigation experience to seamlessly browse through resources.
  • Improved search capabilities to find the answers you need in one central place.

Access the Customer Community

Every Newforma client has access to the Customer Community and can log in to start discussions, browse knowledgebases, subscribe to release notes, and more.

Don’t have an account yet? There are two options for accessing the Community for the first time:

  • Sign in using your corporate Microsoft ID
  • Create a new Customer Community login by clicking Not a member?

Once you’ve logged in, simply select your product community.

I’m new to the Community. Where is the best place to start?

Starting anything new comes with a learning curve. Add to that a tight project timeline, and you might feel a little overwhelmed.

One easy way to get started is to enroll in Newforma’s Academies. The Academies were created to help you brush up on your skills, learn the latest features and get the most out of the products, at your own pace! They’re available to all customers via the Community.

Help your team get off to a strong start by encouraging them to register for a course.

I’m using a Newforma solution and have a problem - what do I do?

In the real world, things can, and will go wrong. Even if you’ve been proactive in setting up your project for success, chances are you’ll need some on-the-fly troubleshooting eventually.

If you weren’t successful in finding a resolution to your issue, you can contact support from the Customer Care tab in Newforma’s Customer Communities.

Our team will walk you through the problem, point you to the right resources, set up a call – whatever you need to get back on track.

Newforma Konekt user? Search solutions and reach technical support directly from the web platform!

You can also search our documentation archive for articles on the topic you need on the dedicated Online Help section. The Online Help section is the go-to learning resource to find documentation about every Newforma product – from how-to guides to tutorials, our goal is to help you reach your goals.
