Brock has served as CEO for multiple software and services companies focused on vertical markets, including construction, tax and accounting. Additionally, Brock has served as President and CEO for software firms selling software and services to Federal, State and Local agencies.

Brett is an operating executive and investment professional having spent the majority of his career in the financial services and technology / software industries. Prior to joining Newforma he served as an operating partner leading corporate development and finance initiatives for Cox Media Group, an Apollo Global Management portfolio company. Brett previously helped to launch Videa, a software sales automation and data technology company as head of business development and strategy. He spent the earlier part of his career working in the financial services industry investing in both public and private companies while at Berylson Capital Partners, Cerberus Capital Management and Rothschild Inc. and sat on the boards of numerous portfolio companies. Brett graduated cum laude from Babson College with a concentration in finance and applied statistics.

Kevin guides Newforma’s strategic financial planning and reporting while balancing the needs of customers, shareholders and employees. Kevin has 20 years experience in a variety of software companies and remains focused on customers and operational efficiency.

Rick has over 20 years of experience in the AEC industry with his last 8 years focused on Newforma’s account management and customer success initiatives. With a strong technical background and proven track record of working in a team environment, he specializes in maintaining customer satisfaction and developing strategic relationships at all levels of an organization. Rick has a depth of experience in business and technical applications, pre-sales and workflow analysis, server architecture, and construction administration.

Ken has over 20 years of experience in customer service as an integral member of corporate and divisional leadership and management teams. Ken possesses global expertise and a depth of customer service knowledge within the IT and manufacturing sector. Ken is results-oriented and emphasizes quantifiable, bottom-line results.

Tammy builds and manages versatile engineering teams that thrive in the dynamic environment of software engineering. Her teams use an Agile methodology to deliver high-quality products quickly. She has experience in a variety of application delivery models including cloud-based technologies. She has held numerous software program and quality management positions with Newforma, Cengage Learning, Cadec Global Inc., ChoiceStream, Compuware, IBM, and Lotus Development Corporation.

Marge is a well-known figure in the software industry with 20+ years of experience in design, customer research and validation. She has been with the company since 2006 when she was hired to contribute in a design role and transitioned into Product Management in 2015. Her Product Management leadership has contributed to a customer centric focus for the company and commitment to prioritizing solutions enhancing the Newforma experience. Prior to working at Newforma, Marge held product roles at FRS Global, Incentive Systems, Kana Communications and PictureTel but has found her home in the AEC industry.

Rob joined Newforma in March 2010 and has been an integral figure in managing the experience of United Kingdom customers and supporting the growth of operations across the region. Rob has more than thirty years of experience working in the AEC industry. Prior to working at Newforma, Rob held positions as a 3D Modeler and CAD Manager for architectural practices in London. Rob is an active advisor leading architectural, engineering and construction companies in the area of the strategic application of project information management (PIM) systems and processes.
