Brock has served as CEO for multiple software and services companies focused on vertical markets, including construction, accounting, and private clubs such as golf courses and dinner clubs. Additionally, Brock has served as President and CEO for software firms selling software and services to Federal, State and Local agencies.
Chief Operating Officer & CFO
Ray guides Newforma’s strategic financial planning and reporting. He has held chief financial officer and/or operational vice president roles at a wide range of companies, with an emphasis on the technology industry: Empirix (acquired by Thoma Bravo), Quallaby Corporation (acquired by Micromuse), and Cadia Networks (acquired by FORE Systems) among them.
VP, Product & Technology
Paul has a long history of creating innovative solutions from the ground up, managing costs and schedules and providing overall vision and strategy for product evolution. His background in document and enterprise content management systems is ideally suited to AECO project information management solutions. He guides product development based on input from the customer base.
Leslie Garrett, PhD
Leslie has over 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, search engine optimization, lead generation, management, research, data analysis and consulting. Leslie has served as a marketing and management executive for local, national and global organizations of all sizes. Leslie has also served as a professor of marketing in public and private universities.
VP, Customer Success
Rick has over 20 years of experience in the AEC industry with his last 8 years focused on Newforma’s account management and customer success initiatives. With a strong technical background and proven track record of working in a team environment, he specializes in maintaining customer satisfaction and developing strategic relationships at all levels of an organization. Rick has a depth of experience in business and technical applications, pre-sales and workflow analysis, server architecture, and construction administration.

Ken has over 20 years of experience in customer service as an integral member of corporate and divisional leadership and management teams. Ken possesses global expertise and a depth of customer service knowledge within the IT and manufacturing sector. Ken is results-oriented and emphasizes quantifiable, bottom-line results.
VP, Software Delivery
Tammy builds and manages versatile engineering teams that thrive in the dynamic environment of software engineering. Her teams use an Agile methodology to deliver high-quality products quickly. She has experience in a variety of application delivery models including cloud-based technologies. She has held numerous software program and quality management positions with Newforma, Cengage Learning, Cadec Global Inc., ChoiceStream, Compuware, IBM, and Lotus Development Corporation.
