Once installed, the Outlook Add-in lets you file one or many emails to a project with a click. You can tag them as RFIs, submittals or action items and the system will automatically capture relevant information from the email to generate the corresponding item in your project management system—no manual data entry required. That means rather than forwarding, re-typing, or losing messages, every key communication becomes part of your project record, searchable and accessible by the team.
