Your order is subject to our standard agreement and to acceptance by Newforma.

Full terms

These terms govern this Cyber Monday Info Track 2026 promotional offer (Fast Forward pricing) only. All subscriptions and services purchased under this offer will be provided subject to Newforma’s applicable standard terms and conditions of service and the relevant order form.

1. Promoter

This promotion is offered by the Newforma group entity identified in the applicable order form as the provider of the subscription (“Newforma”, “we”, “us”). That entity’s full legal name and registered address will be stated on the order form.

2. Offer period

The promotion opens at 12:00am on Monday, November 9, 2026 and closes at 11:59:59pm on Monday, November 30, 2026 in customer’s local time zone, determined by the customer’s business address stated on the order form (the “Offer Period”).

To qualify, Newforma must receive the customer’s signed Order, as defined in clause 6, during the Offer Period and before that closing deadline. No extension will be granted.

3. Who is eligible

The promotion is intended for commercial, business, or professional use only. It is not available for personal, family or household use.

A “New Customer” is a business that has not held an active subscription with any Newforma group entity at any time during the 12 months immediately preceding the date it submits its order. Newforma determines New Customer status from its own records, and that determination is final.

An “Existing Customer” is a business that has an active subscription agreement with any Newforma group entity at the time of ordering or has had such an agreement in effect at any time during the 12 months immediately preceding the date it submits its Order.

Employees of Newforma and its affiliates, resellers and distributors, and their immediate families, are not eligible.

The promotion is open worldwide to eligible business customers, subject to applicable law and the exclusions in these terms. Renewals are excluded. Existing Customers may qualify only for eligible additional seats under clause 4, subject to the restriction in clause 7.

4. The discount tiers

Discounts apply to the list price of Info Track in Newforma Konekt subscription fees in effect at the time the order is submitted, as follows:

No promotional discount exceeds 50% of the applicable list-price subscription fees. The percentages for different subscription years apply separately and are not added together. For Existing Customers, discounts apply only to eligible additional seats and do not reduce fees for existing seats or renewal fees.

Where an agreement runs longer than three years, no discount applies to year four or beyond. Discounts in years two and three apply only to eligible subscription fees for those years in which the subscription remains in effect.

5. What the discount does not apply to

The discount applies to subscription fees only. It does not apply to any other product or service including but not limited to: implementation, onboarding, configuration, training, consulting or other professional services, third-party products, taxes, duties or levies, or to any other Newforma product or module.

6. How to claim

To take part in the offer you must first submit the campaign form on the promotion page during the Offer Period. Newforma will prepare a quotation and an order form recording the applicable promotional discounts and subscription term. The order form, incorporating the applicable subscription terms, constitutes the agreement to be signed by the customer for this offer (the “Order”).

To qualify, Newforma must receive the customer-signed Order during the Offer Period and before the closing deadline. Submitting the campaign form, a purchase order or an unsigned order form alone does not qualify. Signing or sending the Order before the deadline is insufficient if Newforma receives it afterwards.

The receipt deadline applies to the customer’s signed Order. It does not require Newforma to countersign or accept the Order before that deadline. Orders remain subject to acceptance under clause 10.

Customers are encouraged to submit the form early enough for the paperwork to be completed before the deadline. No extension will be granted for an agreement received after it for any reason.

7. No stacking

This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, voucher, negotiated concession or program pricing. It does not apply retroactively to quotes issued, orders placed or agreements signed before the Offer Period opens, and it cannot be used to reprice an existing subscription. Prospects who received a proposal or quote before November 9, 2026 are excluded from the promotion.

8. Multi-year terms, co-terming and early termination

Multi-year discounts are granted on the basis of the full committed term. Where an Existing Customer extends, the added subscription is co-termed to the existing agreement. No repayment or clawback of promotional discounts already applied is required under these promotion terms if the subscription ends early. This does not create an early termination right or change any payment obligations under the applicable subscription agreement.

9. Pricing, currency and payment

All prices are quoted in the local currency as specified in the applicable Order and exclude taxes, which are charged in addition where applicable. Orders are subject to credit approval and to Newforma’s standard payment terms. Where the customer already has an agreement with Newforma, that agreement’s payment terms apply.

10. Acceptance, verification and limits

All Orders are subject to acceptance by Newforma. We may verify eligibility, including New Customer status and whether a submission comes from a person authorised to bind the customer. We may decline any order that does not meet these terms.

There is no promotional cap on the number of qualifying orders, eligible seats or total monetary value of discounts. The maximum percentage discount remains 50%, as set out in clause 4.

11. Relationship to our standard agreement

These promotion terms govern eligibility for and application of this offer only. The subscription and use of the software remain governed by the applicable subscription agreement and order form, including an existing customer agreement where applicable. The order form must accurately record the eligible promotional discounts and agreed subscription term. These promotion terms do not otherwise amend the subscription agreement. Personal information submitted in connection with the promotion is addressed in clause 14.

12. No cash alternative, no transfer

The discount has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for anything else, and is not transferable or assignable to another business.

13. Changes and withdrawal

We may amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time where circumstances outside our control make it necessary, subject to applicable law. Any change will be communicated promptly through the promotion page and will not adversely affect an otherwise eligible customer whose signed Order Newforma received before the change took effect, whether or not Newforma had accepted it at that time. If we identify an error in published promotional information, we will correct it promptly and notify affected customers. Any correction remains subject to applicable law and does not override a binding agreement already entered into.

14. Personal data

Information submitted through the campaign form is handled according to the Newforma Privacy Notice. Newforma may use the information submitted to respond to the customer’s enquiry and administer this offer, as described in that notice. Submitting the form means a member of our team may contact you about this offer.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Newforma entity making the offer is incorporated and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the promotion.
