When your firm changes size, are you able to find critical information in email and other documents?

How to mitigate risks to project information in the face of staff reductions

A special edition in our webinar series on how project information management (PIM) software can mitigate risk in your firm, especially when so much project knowledge is walking out the door

You're sure there is an email that contained the answers to your client's urgent question, but it is simply not to be found. The person who knew the answer is no longer with the firm, and you’ve wasted precious time trying to dig out the information. You feel exposed by not knowing exactly what was said or agreed to.

Fortunately, there's a way to manage project information that raises productivity as it reduces risk.

Over 300 design firms lean on Newforma software every day to gain control over all their project information, including email. Why?

  • Risk mitigation – we make it easy to file, record, and find all project communications, including email, without extra work for staff.
  • Client responsiveness – all project information is visible to the entire project team, so everyone is in a position to respond.
  • Improved productivity – project information is better organized and easier to find, leaving more time for billable work.

But our most immediately compelling benefit is the peace of mind that results from knowing that all your project information – every bit of it – is visible to everyone on the project team, and completely easy to put your hands on.
