Newforma Project Center is a vital tool to manage project information. But many Newforma customers need project information most when they’re in the field.

Now Newforma® Mobile enables you to view selected project information from smartphones such as iPhone®, Blackberry® and Android™ mobile devices.

On-the-go web access to project information

Newforma Mobile enables busy team members, whether part of your firm or part of your external team, to stay connected with project information and processes.

  • Browse and search for project email, including mobile-supported email attachments, that you've filed using Newforma Project Center.
  • Access project team contact information.
  • View action items, submittals and RFIs.
  • View project documents.

How Newforma Mobile works

Newforma Mobile utilizes Newforma Info Exchange server and standard mobile web protocols to deliver project information management (PIM) functionality optimized for the small form factor of a smartphone.

Newforma Mobile is just one component of the Newforma solution for AEC project information management. For more, see the navigation at left.

Newforma Mobile is an optional module of the Newforma PIM solution. It requires Newforma Project Center enterprise software.

“I have to be honest, I never believed Newforma when they said that we would clear up our inboxes, but they were right. I'm down from 1,011 emails to approximately 35. I have to say that with the Newforma software, email has clearly become more manageable for our project team, and they can really spend quality time on other tasks. I can finally feel confident that when I file away something using Newforma, I will know where to find it again later.”
