  • By leveraging RightNow’s patented SmartSense natural language technology, Newforma is able to provide the best answers to any given question.
  • Searches on the knowledge base also include ongoing or solved discussions from the support discussion forum.

An integrated customer support discussion forum

  • The support discussion forum enables customers to raise technical questions in an on-line forum exclusively accessible by Newforma personnel, customers and consultants.
  • Questions and answers are automatically captured and shared. Any unresolved item is automatically escalated into Newforma’s customer relation management system, thereby ensuring prompt response by our customer support team to all your questions.
  • Answers to questions raised in the discussion forum are validated by Newforma support experts and entered into the knowledgebase, creating a rich, intuitive and expanding resource!

Different training packages for different needs

Because Newforma Project Center software is so easy to use, you and your colleagues can begin earning a return on your investment in as little as 90 minutes.

Newforma offers the following training options. All can be customized to suit your specific needs.

Onsite Training

  • Full day

Newforma Onsite Training is beneficial for those who have never seen Newforma Project Center software. We recognize the busy schedules and deadlines of project team members, so our project team training is designed to get you up in running with the core functionality of the product in as little as 90 minutes.

A typical onsite day may consist of up to four, 90-minute Basic and/or Professional sessions, as well as an Administration session for your IT personnel and/or project managers. At the end of the day, our trainer will even work one-on-one with Newforma users to answer questions and demonstrate hands-on solutions.

We also offer onsite Train-the-Trainer sessions to help your onsite champions train your people.

Remote Training

  • Web-based
  • Includes Q&A

Newforma Remote Training is an effective option when you've already had on-site training and you have internal people who are Newforma champions, capable of providing in-person help. It’s a great way to scale up Newforma Project Center use in your office!

Typical web-based training options:

  • 90-minute Basic trainings
  • 90-minute Professional trainings
  • For existing customers we also offer:
    • 30-minute topical sessions
    • 60-minute Lunch & Learn sessions
    • Train-the-Trainer sessions (designed to help your onsite champions train)

Self-Paced Tutorials

Newforma Take 5 video tutorials demonstrate real-time solutions to everyday questions. Each tutorial takes about five minutes to introduce you to a specific function of Newforma Project Center software. A complete list of tutorials is available via the Help section of Newforma Project Center software.
