Array HFS Chooses Newforma Project Center Software to Manage Growth
Healthcare architecture specialists waste no time implementing the Newforma solution for better project efficiency and client responsiveness

Manchester, N.H.—September 26, 2007—Newforma, a software company addressing the project information management needs of the design and building industry, announced today that Array Healthcare Facilities Solutions (Array HFS) has implemented Newforma Project Center software enterprise-wide as part of a program to manage the firm’s rapid growth. At 116 associates across three offices, Array HFS has tripled its size over the past three years.

Soon after deployment and training, a partner of the firm was able to find a critical piece of project information buried inside of an existing document in a search that took mere minutes, compared to what Carl Davis says “would have taken the rest of the day” without the software.

Array HFS deployed a mix of Professional licenses, which offer the full functionality of Newforma Project Center, and Express licenses, which allow users to manage project email, search the company network for project information, view 194 industry file types without the file’s underlying authoring software, and mark up documents.
