Social media and the pleasure of your society

Dear customers, partners and friends of Newforma:

Newforma Project Center was born from conversations in which architects, engineers and construction professionals told us about the challenges of delivering projects on time and the problems of managing ever-increasing volumes of project information. The dialog continues, some of it via new media described below. And just as those conversations have brought us a long way, members of the Newforma team are going the distance in their personal lives. The article at bottom shows you what we mean!

Newformants saddle up

This summer, bicycles have played prominent roles for many at Newforma. July saw Newforma representatives riding through Vermont and New Hampshire in the 2nd Annual Prouty Ultimate fund-raiser. On September 16th we'll be riding through Wisconsin in Eppstein Uhen Architecture’s fifth annual Beyond Design Bike Tour. But there are bike rides, and there are bike rides. Consider Jim Forester’s 91-mile, 10,000-foot ascent of a Hawaiian volcano, and Todd Kozikowski’s Lake Placid Ironman competition, which sandwiched a 112-mile bike ride between a 2.4-mile swim and a 26.2-mile run. See pictures here.
